What we collect
Only what you choose to send us. When you submit a contact or quote form we collect your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message field — usually a description of the coverage you’re asking about. If you email or call us directly, we hold that conversation too.
This website does not collect Social Security numbers, health details, or payment information. If an application for coverage moves forward, that more detailed information is collected separately, directly by the carrier or through a secure application process — never through this site’s contact form.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, understand what coverage you’re looking for, and follow up with real options from carriers we work with. That is the whole purpose. We may also use it to keep our own records of conversations we’ve had.
Calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number, you are agreeing that we can call or text you about your enquiry. Reply STOP to any text message and we will stop texting you.
We never share your phone number with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Who else sees it
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. It is shared only with the services that make the enquiry work — our website host, our email provider, and the customer-management system we use to keep track of conversations — and, if you choose to move forward with coverage, the specific insurance carrier or carriers involved in that application. Those providers only handle your details in order to deliver that service.
We would also disclose information if the law required it — for example a court order.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not run analytics or advertising cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. Nothing is set that needs your consent, which is why you are not seeing a cookie banner.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and records of conversations are kept while they’re useful for serving you and meeting our own record-keeping obligations as a licensed insurance professional. If you want your details removed sooner, ask us.
Security
Your enquiry is sent over an encrypted connection and stored on access-restricted systems. No method of transmitting or storing data online is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security — but we do not keep anything we do not need.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will deal with it.
